These Terms & Conditions govern use of Launch Monster website project services and launch.monster. By hiring Launch Monster or opting in to SMS, you agree to these terms.

SMS Terms

Launch Monster sends two-way SMS/MMS from (808) 320-1880 about your website project: intake questions, photo requests, status, and receipt confirmations. This is not a promotional blast list.

Message and data rates may apply.

Frequency varies with your project (often a few messages per week during a build). Consent is not a condition of purchasing website work if another channel is agreed.

• Opt out: reply STOP

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not sell SMS opt-in data.

These terms are for the registered brand Launch Monster. Client websites (for example a shop’s own domain) are separate and have their own public pages.
